Strelia is seeking a talented Mid-level or Senior Associate to join our stand-alone Employment & Benefits Practice in Brussels. Your profile

We are looking for a dynamic and driven professional who meets the following criteria:

  • You have 4 to 8 years of solid experience in employment and benefits law at a business law firm, with a proven track record of advising corporate clients on complex employment matters.
  • You hold a master’s degree in law from a Belgian University with strong academic results. An LL.M. in Social Law is a strong plus.
  • Native Dutch-speaker with excellent command of English. Good knowledge of French is a distinct advantage.
  • Key skills and attributes:
    • Excellent legal drafting skills.
    • High attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
    • Business-minded with strong commercial and corporate understanding.
    • Proven expertise in advising corporate clients and understanding their business objectives.
    • Ability to integrate employment law advice within broader corporate transactions and strategic initiatives.
    • Pragmatic and solution-oriented mindset.
    • Team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Enthusiastic about contributing to firm and team development and client outreach initiatives.
